• Most orders are shipped directly from our warehouses within 24 hours for your convenience and complete satisfaction.
• We currently ship to addresses within the USA only.
• All orders ship out via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
• Orders under $50 receive Standard Shipping for $5.95.
• Orders over $50 receive FREE SHIPPING.
• Your order should arrive within 3 - 5 Business Days. 

Returns

Vegan Star Skincare strives for your total and complete satisfaction! If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with any product you buy from us, let us know within 30 days of purchase.

Here are some important guidelines regarding our return policy:

• All returns must be sent back within 30 days of purchase and must be in the same condition that you received it or gently used and in its original packaging.
• All returns require an authorization, which can be obtained by emailing us at support@veganstarskincare.com.
• Please do not send back your product before you have received an authorization and the correct return address.

Refunds

• Once your return has been received and condition verified, you will receive a full refund.
• Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Refunds typically show up within 3-10 business days.
